(On going) Yoga for Seniors

The class is led by an experienced yoga instructor. Yoga is a great way for busy people to slow down their pace and regain an understanding of their bodies!
Breathing and stretching quietly, talking to the body in the process, paying attention to the body's response, activating small muscles that are less active on a regular basis, thus reducing the chance of injury and achieving the goal of physical and mental health.
Yoga is for EVERYONE! Don't be limited by age!
課堂由客席瑜伽導師帶領,讓生活忙碌的老友記放慢急速的步伐,重拾對自己身體的認識!靜靜地呼吸、伸展,在過程中與身體對話,留意身體的反應,激活平日少活動的小肌肉,從而減少受傷機會,達致身心健康的目標。
