The class is led by an experienced yoga instructor. Yoga is a great way for busy people to slow down their pace and regain an understanding of their bodies!
Breathing and stretching quietly, talking to the body in the process, paying attention to the body's response, activating small muscles that are less active on a regular basis, thus reducing the chance of injury and achieving the goal of physical and mental health.
Yoga is for EVERYONE! Don't be limited by age!
